Breaking: The left has just cancelled John Lennon's iconic commie anthem, "Imagine," due to the fact that it was written by a rich, successful, while male capitalist.
John Lennon, who was raised in a lower middle-class family in Liverpool, England, became famous in the early sixties and skyrocketed to phenomenal success with his rock band, The Beatles.
For decades, lefties, pinkos, and commies of all stripes have considered this solo song of Lennon’s to be somewhat of an anthem for their hateful cult, because it does little more than denigrate God and rich people.
Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D), recently had this to say of Lennon and his iconic song: "John Lennon pulled himself up by the bootstraps and worked hard to earn his millions. He didn't make a cent through crime and corruption: He represents everything that the democrat party despises. Imagine no possessions, my ass! He's singing the song from his multi-million dollar mansion in the song's main video. The idea that anyone would emulate such a hypocrite makes my teeth and gums tingle with indignation! Talk about unequal distribution of wealth!"
