>>4939777This game is overrated as fuck and just a nostalgia cash grab for marks. Overpriced STILL, charging people to import png files is scummy as shit. They have had nearly 2 decades to fix cage matches. They still haven't. They're still broken. People say it's fun and "realistic" for simming. That's a lie. You hit your finisher on somebody and they get up from it before you do. That's not Japanese "strong style", that's retarded. In the late game wrestlers will get pinned for 3 after every move including arm drags and snapmares. Creators have to make the AI logic with this in mind so no pinfalls or submission holds are ever attempted ever after a certain point unless it's a finisher.
Also, fuck it I'm going to say it. Creative freedom be damned. They can afford to streamline and simplify the custom logic a LOT more. It is completely unnecessary for you to have to set the exact percentage point of every move's likelihood at 4 different health states. You could have just 3 options: rare, occasional, and common for a move's frequency. That would be enough. Of course you're hesitant to try and get into the logic system. Anybody with a full-time job that isn't on the autism spectrum would be.
You want to start an E-fed or something? Get 2k22. Get 2k19. Pirate 2k19. Wait for the AEW game or Wrestling Code. Emulate Here Comes The Pain or No Mercy on your laptop. Get that indie wrestler that used to be the Chikara game that's 15 bucks on Steam. It has 10-man matches and lets you make a DVD copy of The Chaperone as a playable wrestler. Jesus fuck, buy action figures, film them fighting each other, and upload it to YouTube. The Batista vs. Sailor Moon guy is drawing a bunch of dimes doing that. Literally ANYTHING but this fucking game. Getting Fire Pro Returns would be better than getting Fire Pro World. It's practically the same thing but cheaper.
