They are on the NicoPro channel. That channel costs $5.50 a month. If you just buy this channel and nothing else, you are basically just paying for the library they have on that channel. The show you want to see may appear on that channel after 2 weeks to a month.
If you want to see a live PPV/show of theirs, and I'm guess you do, you have two options:
1) You can purchase niconico premium at $5.50 a month. Even though I have niconico premium, I do not know what it does except that when you buy live PPV's, it's $5.50 less
2) You can skip buying niconico premium and just buy the PPV. The PPV will then be the full price.
PPV's are bought with points, not directly. If you want to see a show live you have to reserve a "time shift". All that requires is just pressing the "reserve time shift button".
Additionally, these time shifts are only good for one week. So if you buy a PPV or bought access to a channel which has the show, you have a week to view it if it is under time shift. It may eventually appear in that channel's library after 2-4 weeks if you want to re-watch it. Additionally, you could just screen record it with OBS and then you can have your own copy.
You want to use Google Chrome for niconico as it has an automatic translation button that will just make your life easier.
