I've been saying this for years: Eli fits the perfect mold for current days WWE in any shape or form. Above everyone currently on NXT, he's one of those rare guys that could be given god awful segments and make them somewhat works. A lot of guys who were released were better than him, but didn't fit the WWE style. Meanwhile, Drake is fucking excellent for what they do and WWE would be absolute fucking retards to fuck him up somehow.

I don't think so honestly, Riddle is getting heavily pushed. They also keep Dex in NXT even though there's no reason. LA seems to be used to help put people over now, no idea what they are thinking with Dex.
