But I’ve been thinking about AEW lately. It seems more and more like it’s entirely mid card type of wrestlers. There just doesn’t seem to be the ‘top guy’ that they are pushing (And those he would fight against). They have them on the roster I believe.
I guess when I see who will be on the show it’s more like ‘oh cool’ and not like I HAVE to see that guy/match.
((Im thinking back to Hulk,Macho, Warrior, Austin, Michael’s, Taker, Nash/nwo, Goldberg, Cena etc etc.))
I suppose they’ll get there (I hope).
*Cody missed maybe the best heel turn next to Hulks - wouldve been so cool. Wardlow amd some other guys look great but not ….?
Maybe what I’m seeing is the good part of letting guys dictate their own careers but the bad part is that you wind up with a roster full of seemingly mid card guys?
Any thoughts?
