Samurai TV is a premium channel (1980 yen I think) available everywhere. BS Skappa! I think is only available on Sky PerfecTV! (didn't find in on Hikari TV but could be on cable/J:COM) and for the event on Sunday, they want 4950 yen, more than the PPV on PIA.
