DDP should have won this match and ended the streak instead of that stupid bullshit with Nash and Hall. I’m still seething about it to this day. DDP was a star and should have been top of the card.

If we imagine the only two options are either Nash and the electroshock thing and DDP with that diamon cutter reversal then the preffered route is obvious in handsight imo

Even when he was the ECW champion and therefore the top guy in the whole promotion there still was something in the way he talked, wrestled and carried himself in general that just screams midcard
