Why is there a part in the post-9/11 SmackDown! lore being that it was changed from taped on Tuesday to live on Thursday? I kept seeing this through the years (apparently Bruce Prichard spoke to this at one point) but it's just a lie. The SmackDown! before they had already announced it would be a live SD! on Thursday (before the attacks of course) and they had done a live Thursday SD! a couple times earlier that year.
Why do lies like this propagate? Makes WWE look better or something? They have to know they're lying if they bring that up, right?
