They wanted Rock to come back and fight HHH at WM32 the last time they were in AT&T Stadium and the best they ciould do is a flame thrower bit and him pinning someone in 3 seconds.
I think he does want to do at least one big last match because he wasn’t satisfied with his WM29 exit and not getting a match with Brock, so I think he genuinely wants to, but it’s about the physical and time commitment amidst his schedule.
