Nah, you're both wrong. You don't understand that the shape, the gems, etc, -- those aren't what made Big Gold great. It's the classiness. It's a fucking clean design.

Both the DDT belt and that Impact belt are ruined by the garish logos emblazoned on top of the nice background which is actually the thing somewhat reminiscent of Big Gold. But when you paste some awful, tacky logos and awful giant fonts in silver on top of it, it's all ruined.
