not sure how true it is, but I've heard that even if you fall asleep on your side, you most likely will move to your back at some point, that's why I said that falling asleep on your back is hard, I guess sleeping in it is natural

I remember Arn Anderson saying that he had serious trouble sleeping with his bad back. My understanding is that wrestlers are in constant pain. It's amazing he can sleep 8 hours straight. My record is 7 hours and usually only 5 or 6.
