I say this as a fan of the guy but he lacks size required to be one of the top guys, but not in the Daniel Bryan or Rey Mysterio way where he can be booked as a small guy nor in the already established way like AJ Styles or Jericho. If WWE wants to make a homegrown guy their top guy they have to be bigger, there's guys with comparable success like Kofi but not more because there's a ceiling that Vince won't really let you pass through if you dont have the mass.
