Ruby had a short period in WWE where she looked very good. I think it was an elimination chamber match followed by a match with Ronda (I think?) where she looked like a really good wrestler. All her goodwill comes from that basically.

I don't know if Ruby has always been a shitter and WWE was doing her a favor but she's been exposed repeatedly in AEW. Her match against Jade was probably the worst exposure. She was supposed to lead Jade in that match but she could barely do that.
