Assuming you're already an established indie wrestler then AEW and NJPW are the only two choices realistically. AJ Styles is literally the only guy WWE hired from outside they didn't attempt to rebrand and/or retrain. If you're a complete nobody though and have never wrestled on camera then WWE is probably a better option just for developmental.
