he did have passion for it he watched ufc so he thought he could do it for real. for years he was trying shoehorn mma stuff into his wrestling and he made bjj instructional videos with one of the gracies talking about his "favorite moves". he went and commentated for a small mma org after he got beat in ufc. he was very passionate about mma, he spent thousands on training and relocated to be closer to the gym, he just fucking sucked and got exposed as an actual LARPer

No, he was just a sperg about it. When it actually came around to training at Roufussport, he didn’t take it seriously. He dicked around on his phone, left early, made himself drill coach (even though multiple times he was told to do the drills), and acted like a general all around cunt. Even his own wife had to call him out on his laziness and lack of commitment

Punk's fights took place while the Rebook deal was in effect, he had none. The only way Punk made more money off those fights was if he had PPV points, which I highly doubt.
