Ever since The Elite fucked up booking Tony seems overly paranoid to trust anyone with it now. Honestly it's pretty ridiculous. At the bare minimum he should entrust lower level stuff like Dark and Elevation to guys like Regal.

That's what I find confusing. Just run a council of guys like JR, Callis, Arn, Regal, Tully and whoever and let them handle lower level stuff. If Tony's that paranoid they can still run any major decisions by him first.

He said the main reason is because he wants to have a straight pipeline like how 2.0 and the main roster for WWE are. Having that completely separated entity as another brand hurt them, whether or not you want to argue vince hates HHH and wanted to kneecap him.
