Of course it's dangerous. You're lifting 200+lbs on your shoulders and suddenly the same amount of weight hops up but keeps most of their weight on one side. You can lift two people up, it's happened in wrestling plenty of times with guys not as strong as Boogs. But you would lift them together or place them on carefully while they're sat on the turnbuckle so you can distribute the weight safely. I'm not even blaming Uso #2 here, as it's expecting him to leap 6 feet clean into the air and landing perfectly in position. It's on whoever booked the spot in the first place.

Not to mention that even if it all did work, it would just look retarded because the opponent is literally just jumping on top of the shoulders rather than trying to save their tag partner.
