And he'll also have his own insurance to cover him if he sustains an injury that affects the money he can command. But the cost of insurance is a function of the risk to the insurer, so insuring a person with a lucrative career (like, say, an A-list Hollywood star) who's engaging in high-risk activity (like, say, pro wrestling) can be cost-prohibitive.
If one of the reasons Dwayne doesn't do his own stunts is that insurance won't cover it (not at a price that anyone is willing pay, anyway), then it sure as hell isn't going to cover him getting back in a wrestling ring.
