Vince McMahon will still take credit for getting Roman over regardless.
This whole Roman experiment was designed to teach employees and fans that Vince is the secret to success, and he's only over when Vince stays out of his scripting/booking, but Vince will still insist that he "won" against his own fans by driving 40% of them away and having Roman and Paul Heyman get themselves over without any of his input.
