Because that is the name that everyone refers to him as. When I worked a few enhancement matches for TV years back and was able to meet people backstage. I was told to call Triple H "Hunter" and if I ever had the chance to say anything to Vince. You call him "Mr. McMahon" first and afterward he'll say "call me Vince".
