Look at body positivity. There's something to be said for being able to be comfortable with yourself, and finding someone beautiful, even if they aren't at the healthiest weight. Then they say big IS beautiful and are now making others conform to their standard of beauty.
In this case, when a woman speaks out, it should be treated seriously and fairly and women shouldn't be made to feel afraid to share or whatever. But to believe all women without question is absolute horseshit and leads to witch hunts. This shit just always falls off a precipice with them.
