I know his criteria. He has autistically decided that the template of a main event match he saw as a kid is what is a good match, so anyone who does exactly that is good and anyone who never did that match and never got pushed hard is not allowed in his hall of fame. Additionally, if wrestlers tell him that what they are doing is the best then he agrees with them and takes crowd reaction into account, but he has explained that he imagines how the crowd would react and many times has claimed they had a reaction that they blatantly did not.
He wants to see guys doing spots because he has no attention span and only looks up when there's a loud reaction or lots of movez in a row. And if the match has the main event kick out of everything formula he gives it the 4+ rating.
He has also gone on record saying that the wrestling he saw as a kid is the best one and the other territories were not God wrestling and he doesn't have the self-awareness to see how retarded and autistic that is.
