TNT Championship is a poor man's Intercontinental Championship. AEW needs a proper IC belt and champion.

New look. Enough with the color powder, color run, paint fight crap. Looks dated at this point. So does the font for Rampage.
Some wrestlers need new themes or variants.
But most importantly take creative control more seriously, because storylines in AEW go nowhere fast. There's no sense of urgency to ANY and EVERYTHING.
Bonus ballsy move: Move Rampage to Mondays. It's already doing bad in the ratings. Put it head to head against Raw, what harm can it do for AEW? None. But what harm can it do to WWE? Ah-haa..
