because he is still pretty green in the ring. he has a lot of charisma which is what gets him TV time at all. without that he would never leave Dark. Bowens is much better in the ring but lacking in promo ability compared to Max. overall they have been treated pretty well i'd say. also max is over as fuck despite being a jobber so he'll be fine

He will eventually. Bowens hasn't been given a push on Dynamite but he wrestles and talks fairly consistently on Rampage and it's always impressive. You can see him improve every time he comes out.

caster is pretty over with the fans and can eat losses without a problem. he isn't a great wrestler but he's sound enough at the basics that they rely on both him and bowens for filler matches against everyone from rookies they're pushing to top guys like moxley. seems to me like they trust him quite a bit and know that he's over with the audience.
