He's gonna be a heel. I'm assuming the storyline is that he stopped being elias because elias was a jobber and he thinks that switching will improve his career. Whatever babyface will try and pull him out of it but he'll be deranged

If the crowd cares at all they'll be chanting Elias, Elias, Elias or YOURE ELIAS clap clap clap clap clap whenever he starts to make fun of the town or try to shittalk the babyface. Any time the babyface reference this he'll go berserk and mug them. Build him up and have him beat a few jobbers before he'll lose to a midcard babyface (finn probably) on a B-ppv in a pre-show 5 minute match
