You need real heat. Get a racist heel who starts feuding with black faces and shooting on the audience. Get Nyla Rose and start saying how she's superior to the other women because she's trans. Make a weekly segment where Jade sexually harasses the women's division. Make Leyla Hirsch go full Russian supremacist.
And perhaps a romance storyline somewhere because that shit draws the female demo and the men too if the girl is cute enough.
Also change Rampage into a better time slot. You're not getting anything over 600k if you don't do so.

Chaos, edginess, and unpredictability is what drew the viewers to keep tuning in every week during the Attitude Era.
