It's the only one of Conrad I listen to so I'm biased.
Also, from what little I've gathered elsewhere, Grilling JR is the show where Conrad yaps the least. Just reads some research, quotes Meltzer from yesteryear, and asks JR if he's getting red-ass today.

JR has been dealing with the fill-in host, but he always has good insight in WCW/WWF in the 90s.
He also gets shoot mad at nothing and will start foaming at the mouth over internet stuff or hearing insider wrestling dirt.
