I think he mostly hates Jap girls and twinks who seem to be the only japs he ever gets. For some reason he thought that Kenzo Suzuki would get as over as Yokozuna and even tried to give him a similar hoss gimmick. Kenzo did have size but his offense looked like trash, he fought like The Miz which works for Miz since he's supposed to be a faggot. Yoko's chops look like they could kill in one hit
The way Vince books Europeans is hilarious. He's the same ethnicity as Becky Lynch but he didn't want to push her until she got over by herself, because he hated her thicc Irish accent.

He's a promoter, first. But, he doesn't seem that bad. WCW was way worse with how they handled wrestlers like that.
