Wrestling is an industry where you're expected to forget people's pasts. Most top stars had their jobber days and a period before they found their personality.

The people who are beyond redemption and need to be gatekept out for the health of the industry are the ones who think that they did good work and that this is the future of wrestling. People who did that kind of work should definitely be questioned on what they consider to be good wrestling. If they give the wrong answer, the door should be slammed shut on their careers right then and there so that they don't corrupt the company. AEW hovers at around 750k viewers outside of hot shot periods, and that's because that's the number of people in the entire world who actually want to watch that shit.

I think you’re taking what he said to an extreme. He never said don’t push a guy like him ever. It’s just the way they’ve portrayed him up until now is silly. It’s hard for the audience (non hardcore aew fans) to take this guy serious now. For me he’s right , i just cant. The guy has no character and is just a good wrestler like everyone else

Yeah that's what he meant and he's right. Best example is Page, they made him champ and he still isn't a star or a known name, so what can they do now? They gave him everything end blew off his biggest feud, now he's just going to lose the title and still not be seen on the level of Bryan, Mox, Jericho, etc...

I agree that he needs to go for a while but I can't see Adam as a proper heel, he's too awkward and too geeky for any believable role that isn't a midcard babyface that gets paired with someone to get another run with the tag titles, would make the obligatory Young Bucks title match feel a bit more special
