You have to deal with so many physic parameters, that it's not surprising they reused pretty much all assets from year to year in their previous work. This time around they have to create all assets from scratch, plus coming up with new gameplay mechanics so they aren't accussed of just copying the competition, plus features that go beyond just doing single player or online matches in order for the game to have longevity since they don't seem keen on the yearly release model. There's plenty of things to do in a new wrestling game.
