it was definitely their intention to tease it, hangman throws the title onto the ground, grips the top rope while the camera zooms in on him looking pissed off. the commentators were like "wait what's he doing" and then he holds the ropes open for Kenny once he turns around. it's a cool moment and seeing it live after a great match almost makes up for the rest of that show being dogshit
