Tucker Carlson for instance completely outdraws all of wrestling even though their demo is largely 50+ year olds. Not to mention the demos don't factor in people who watch it on Peacock, Watchwrestling, SN360 in Canada or other international channels or don't own a Nelison box themselves.
The demos was largely a meme pushed by Memeltzer to give AEW a save when they lost 1 week in the wars due to NXT having a stacked card that week.
