Rather than a national TV show being something everyone knows and can discuss the next day, it's random nonsense on the internet. Kids would rather hop on Tik Tok than sit down on a scheduled basis and watch a television show on a TV. Without a parent pushing them to it, they have no concept of the routine of TV watching.
Even if AEW or WWE were good, I still don't think they'd draw the fans.
