Given that Vince wants Cody to be The Guy and he wants Roman to at least top one of the big dogs in terms of reign length, I think he wants to save his win over Roman until Wrestlemania. Plus most people probably don't know who Cody is, so they'll need time to get acclimated and invested in both him and his story. But if he did end up winning it, I'd bet that he'd take the RVD route and cash in for an honorable showdown. My money is on Riddle.
