But it doesn't matter to the wrestlers as Conrad pays them and they don't have to worry about the popularity or sponsors because their money is guaranteed. His side businesses aren't scams, but they're shit like the mortgage thing where the plan is obviously to attract people who aren't good with money / thinking, and will fuck it up resulting in having to pay more / lose shit and Conrad gets it.
