The first Nitro in January is pretty bad but the main event is a banger and sets the stage for next few months. Its the often ridiucle finger poke of doom which i have never understood why it get hated on so much. The atmopshere is incredible.
Then it gets good. Steiner/DDP feud over Kimberly. Steiner becoming a main event talent. Nash/Luger vs. Rey/Konnan feud (some graet promos and entertaining matches). Hogan/Flair feud (intense money promos, nwo vs. tradition). Disco as Halls lackey.
Every week there star studded main events (Wolfpac vs. Horsemen, Steiner vs. Goldberg, Flair vs. Goldberg) and good undercard matches (Hall vs. Bigelow in a ladder match, Nash vs. Rey, Goldberg vs. Norton.).
Just imagine Hogan wrestling Benoit in the main event in 6 man tag. That happens.
