he's one of the top four guys since Jay left and is undeniably their top gaijin. regardless of your feelings on the matter, him losing in the top spot to an "outside" guy is a big deal.

Zack is hotter right this second, but I'd argue Will has accomplished more in NJPW than Zack. If Zack had beaten Okada I'd agree with you. As it stands, Ospreay has one fewer Cup than Zack and way more titles.

which is why outside was in quotes; the premise that he lost to an AEW guy is shaky; you could as easily say that a NJPW guy beat a Rev Pro guy. My only point was that Ospreay is a top guy.
