Seriously though, what's responsible for the WWE ratings losing 3 million people since 2017. Was it Roman? Was it streaming services? This isn't a console war thread btw, I'm genuinely curious.

Yes, people are watching less TV in general. And even if their US audience declines they're still huge overseas and many of those fans will travel to big events which is why they can still sell out stadiums.

Combination of cable cord cutting AND Raw going 3 hours.

Because the show is so long, less people are inclined to watch it when it's airing it live and instead will DVR the segments/wrestlers that are worth keeping up with

are you both shoot retarded? their attendance has also largely fallen off a cliff, house shows are doing way less, and some TV tapings do bad too. ratings have also fallen at a faster rate than all of cable.

no-one has realised this yet, but the bigger problem over the next few years will be that the travelling international fans will be going to less WWE PPV's, and Rumble/Wrestlemania will be less certain of a success. the big indy shows of the year will be built around AEW PPV weekends, not Wrestlemania. touring fans will be more inclined to travel for those shows instead.
hardcore fans made up a much bigger component of WWE's live attendance than anyone probably realises yet.

In my case when I moved out I just didn't get cable again because the product wasn't good enough to justify getting it just for that and a couple of other things, whereas when I was younger I was invested enough to buy an entire console just to play their game

House shows are doing bad because they don't have any must see stars, that's really what sells those smaller shows. And TV tapings can't sell because everyone knows nothing important happens on WWE TV. They're not measures of overall popularity as much as the inability of WWE to make new stars and to make a compelling TV show. Their big events still do fine.
