The notable ones are:
AJW (Naturally, for being the largest and most prominent)
JWP (Sort of like the WCW to AJW's WWF, if you will. Later split into JWPP and LLPW, the former being similar to AJW and the latter being more shoot-influenced)
GAEA (Formed by former Nagayo from AJW sort of how NOAH was born out of AJPW)
ARSION (Also formed by an AJW wrestler, Aja Kong this time. Sort of worked-shoot influenced, very ground and grapple-based)
The final two were formed in the mid-late 90's and only lasted to the early 2000's but are still very notable for incredible match quality and great rosters.
