how do so few of the generation that grew up watching the golden age of wrestling follow in the footsteps of those stars. All of the stars and most mid carders had muscle, even smaller guys like Shawn and Bret still had muscle, but now so many indy shitters are all built like average joes, same goes for names and looks, the only wrestlers in AEW (I can think of) with a good look is Jon Moxley so few of them have captivating mic skills, ring work, character or look and those that check one box usually fail in others
