It was just a Raw match. I think this is definitely meant as both a way to keep hyping up Cody Rhodes VS Seth Rollins and also a preview for the inevitable Cody Rhodes VS Kevin Owens feud down the line, and it at the very least worked for me at accomplishing both those things.
