Unbooked slots are basically what you said (promos to boost popularity, advertising if you need cash flow, charity spots for bonus viewers). It's still barebones compared to old shit (like there isn't rivalry storylines or whatever, they just happen when you book them that week). Still alot to do but if they're actually working on it in season (which no one thought they would) that's a good sign going forward.
