MJF is a poor choice. Both Jericho and Kenny were chickenshit heel champions. A third chickenshit Ric Flair style champion would be too monotonous. The best choice is Miro who can carry the monster heel schtick and completely wreck Hangman. That probably won't happen though. Brodie Lee would've been a great choice as well if he would've been alive.
