Why don't wrestlers just shoot each other instead of using barbed wire, chairs, spinebusters, neckbreakers, etc?

Funny enough even in Kayfabe there is supposed to be approval give for weapons used in matches and that bans anything that would definitely be lethal ie swords knives guns etc. So a roll of barbed wife will probably not kill you so its fine but stabbing somebody with Saba Simbas spear gets you throw in jail
