His main problem besides not being able to talk is that he always looks serious and without any expression. He deson't even try the "happy to be here" type of smile, he just has that neutral face all the time.
MJF and Darby are more expressive in their own ways, and Sammy while it looks kinda retarded, he tries something and it can work while being a heel.

Sammy is definitely more over than Jungle Boy. He got the Jericho rub early on and went on to be a popular baby face and now he's back to douchey heel. Sometimes I wonder if Jungle Boy would get a reaction at all if he had different theme music.

As others have said, get away from Luchasaurus. Also, drop the Jungle Boy gimmick and possibly turn heel. Play up his Hollywood connections and famous dad. A "Hollywood" Jack Perry cocky heel could be big. Have Anna Jay turn with him and use her original "Star of the Show" gimmick but as an arrogant bitch this time.

Keep him with the dinosaurman for one or two more years or at least until Jungle boy gains some mass. Christian turns on Dino man and asks Jungle to join him and he goes tweener for a while but decided to go back with Dinoman and it triggers Christian heel vs Jungle boy. He loses and gets a kayfabe injury that keeps him at bay for some months. You push Christian for one of the belts and then Jungle boy cames back jacked as fuck and becomes Jungle Man Jack Perry, beats and retires Christian and the rest is history.
