This show was in a secondary small building in the Osaka arena (which is why it says arena #2), it's basically a gymnasium/theater type venue. Also it wasn't even televised or recorded or broadcast on NJPW world.
It's literally a house show, in a venue smaller than Korakuen Hall. Also the last show before that (which OP cited) was actually in Korakuen Hall
Anyway enjoy this, it's always good for BTFOing the "NEW JAPAN IS DYING" faggots (which are all joshipedos seething about Stardom and Bushiroad)
