I genuinely don't know if Kenny's roiding anymore, I don't think his body's unachievable natty, but he probably is. That said, it's a very good one for a wrestler, Hangman's good for natty but doesn't stand out to me, and you can see in this image his shoulders are underdeveloped enough they just don't exist when his arms are lowered
Generally though I agree that he has a good full frame and probably lots of functional strength
