There are often runs of multiple weeks where there is some version of a hardcore match on every show and they are all the same shit and most of the time it's forgettable and for no reason.
There's no point trying to figure it out. AEW booking is Tony Khan fantasy booking what he thinks would be cool, but with no coherence or forethought.
