Remembering that one would need to have a head of hair to be "dashing" in appearance, we can assume FTR Hair = Cash Wheeler ("Cash" = "Dash")
Now, there remains another name floating out there that must be attributed to the other, currently nameless FTR (FTR Bald). Using the process of elimination, having already attributed the name "Dash" to FTR Hair, we can give the name "Dax Harwood" to FTR Bald, so that now both men can eventually have their identities deduced, if need be.
