He beat hogan for the title in his first match and was a focal point of nitro before the nwo happened. Then he had that operation and got lazy.

Careerwise, his biggest issue was not learning how to work against the most charismatic guys in wcw before leaving for wwf and attempting to compete against taker, foley, rock and austin in their prime.
